A./ It's worse to pay too little!!
"It's unwise to pay too much for a camera system, but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you sometimes lose a little money, that's all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the system you bought was incapable of doing the things it was bought to do....and you end up having to replace it. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot - It can't be done! If you buy a camera system from the lowest bidder, it makes sense to add something for the risk you run, and if you can do that, you will have enough to pay for something better in the first place."
